We created a “Buyer Application” page, where new users fill out a detailed form. Once submitted, the admin reviews and approves applicants manually. Only approved customers gain access to pricing and the ability to place orders.
Using custom Shopify Liquid code and app integration, we hid all pricing and “Add to Cart” buttons for unapproved and non-logged-in users, turning the website into a secure wholesale portal.
