Zrafted designs, builds and operates AI voice agents for inbound calls, outbound follow-up, appointment booking and structured intake. Each agent is scoped to a defined conversation, connected to your CRM or spreadsheets, and hands the call to a person whenever it should.
An AI voice agent is software that holds a spoken phone conversation with a caller, understands what they want, takes an allowed action such as booking, answering or logging details, and hands the call to a person when the situation needs one.
Unlike a phone menu (“press 1 for sales”), a voice agent understands natural speech. Unlike a generic chatbot with a voice, a Zrafted agent is limited to a documented set of topics, actions and escalation rules, so it behaves predictably on real calls.
Start with the call that is repetitive, time-sensitive and easy to define. Combine use cases once the first is stable.
Answer common questions, capture caller details and route urgent calls at any hour.
Call new web or ad leads within minutes, ask your qualifying questions and record the outcome.
Book, confirm and reschedule appointments, and flag no-show risk for staff follow-up.
Contact approved lists about quotes, renewals or lapsed customers and trigger the next step.
Collect consistent answers for service requests, onboarding and customer feedback.
Absorb call peaks so callers are helped immediately and staff handle only the exceptions.
Every call follows the same governed path, and a person can step in at any point.
We document the call goal, audience, disclosures, allowed questions and out-of-scope actions.
We map decision paths, data capture, retries and the exact triggers for transfer to a person.
We wire the phone line, calendar, CRM or spreadsheet and any n8n workflows the call triggers.
We test accents, interruptions, silence, refusals and edge cases before any customer hears the agent.
We start with an agreed volume or call type and review recordings and outcomes.
Transcripts, outcomes and escalations are reviewed so scripts and rules improve over time.
Understands free speech and interruptions inside the topics you permit, and stays on script when callers wander.
Hands off to a person with a summary when the caller asks or the agent is unsure.
Writes structured notes and outcomes to HubSpot, Salesforce or Google Sheets.
Checks availability and books, confirms or reschedules in real time.
Searchable records where recording is permitted and configured.
Approved topics, blocked actions, disclosure wording and failure rules.
Starts emails, texts, tasks or internal alerts through n8n automation after every call.
Platform names identify ecosystems our team works with. They do not imply endorsement or certification.

Voice automation touches regulated areas. These are the working rules behind every Zrafted deployment.
Agents identify themselves as AI at the start of the call. We do not design agents to pose as people.
Outbound calls go only to approved lists. Your organization stays responsible for consent, do-not-call and calling-hour rules that apply to it, such as CRTC rules in Canada, the TCPA in the United States or GDPR in the EU.
Recording, storage and deletion are configured per deployment and described in our Privacy Policy.
We capture only the data the call needs, restrict access and define when a person must take over. See our Terms & Conditions and Responsible AI Use policy.

An AI voice agent is software that conducts a phone conversation in natural speech, completes a defined task such as answering, qualifying or booking, and transfers to a person when needed.
An IVR makes callers choose numbered options. A voice agent understands what the caller says and responds in conversation, while still following the rules and limits you set.
Yes. Transfers can be triggered by a caller request, a defined intent, uncertainty, urgency or any other rule agreed during design.
Yes, for approved business use cases and contact lists. Your organization remains responsible for the consent, telemarketing and recording requirements that apply to its calls.
Disclosure wording is set during implementation. We recommend clear, non-deceptive communication at the start of every call.
Yes. We connect Twilio for voice and SMS and CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce. Other CRMs with an API, for example Zoho CRM, can usually be connected through n8n or direct API work, depending on what the CRM supports.
We run scripted and unscripted test calls covering interruptions, silence, refusals and ambiguous requests, then launch on limited volume and review recordings before expanding.
Scope, volume and integrations vary, so pricing is confirmed after a short scoping conversation. Most engagements begin with a single-use-case pilot.
